With members of Nokturnal Mortum and Forest taking over from some of the departed Rakoth members this pulls together luminaries of the murky Slavic / Russian Black Metal scene.
This is the true debut album and so is a little naive at times but the spirit and emotion that the band members perform with is beyond doubt and makes this an essential starting point for much that has since originated from the Slavic Pagan / Black Metal scenes, while at the same time still containing a couple of live favourites!
