If your item is not in stock, we will contact you either by email or with a note attached to your order telling you of the problem with the item and if we think we will have it back in soon or whether it would be better for you to choose a replacement or for us to process a refund.

Making
a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click
on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping
cart. After you have finished your selection, click on Add To Cart
and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able
to satisfy the order.
We accept credit/debit card payment via our SECURE and ENCRYPTED
shopping cart system. (Only the very last page of the store cart
has the viewable security certificate)

Shipping And Handling
All orders are shipped by the British Royal Mail for, which a flat fee is paid. A smaller amount will then be charged per additional item added to your order. The cost of these fees is dependent on your shipping territory either:
UK 1 item - £1.25 Additional Item Fee - £0.75 Europe 1 item - £3.00 Additional Item Fee - £0.50 USA & Canada 1 item - £5.00 Additional Item Fee - £1.00 Rest Of World 1 item - £3.75 Additional Item Fee - £1.00
Should you wish for your package to be sent by a recorded service please add this either on the item page if a drop down menu is displayed or use the Registered Shipping category to choose what type of shipping you need from the Webstore Main Menu on the left hand side of your screen.
If ordering multiple items please only choose this option once so you are not overcharged.
Returns Policy
In all cases that there is an issue with your order it is advised that you email webstore@earache.com before proceeding
If you are in the UK your order can be returned free of charge either by securely placing it back in the packaging it was sent in with your address crossed out and the returns label or written address highlighted.
