Cult scene hereo Steve Austin displays his laugh minute view of life on this memorable TITD offering, mixing the sicker elements of grind, crust and sinister stoner-isms. Hard to comapre this band but if you get off on Earache miseries like Godflesh , Rabies Caste or Cult of Luna , then you should be able to appreciate where TITD is coming from, with their warped sense of dramatic deflation and overwhelming finality. Party music it ain't, but then you can't walk around smiling all the time - mood music for moody people? |
